| CP071041 | Various Locations - Renovate Hudson, Gillett & Rollins Halls | Develop renovation plans for Hudson and Gillett, two seven story residence halls, with current capacity of 497 students to revised capacity of 420 beds each. In addition to interior modifications required to make this housing more attractive to students and support programmatic living and learning initiatives, this project will include the addition of central air conditioning, elevator improvements, replacement windows, masonry repairs as needed and other interior upgrades to both residence halls and the lower level of the adjoining Rollins Hall.
