Outages and Closings
- Campus Facilities attempts to minimize the disruption to the MU Campus through careful scheduling of utility outages and road/sidewalk closures. Occasionally, however, situations arise that force an immediate outage or closure.
- Your building's Building Coordinator is informed of any scheduled outages and construction, and has the primary responsibilty for informing building occupants of outages.
- In addition to relying upon the Building Coordinators, Campus Facilities also sends e-mail to reach as many affected people as possible.
Current Road and Sidewalk Closures
Fifth Street
The north bound lane of Fifth Street between Turner and Conley avenues will close Monday, March 24, due to a utility project. A lane of traffic will be maintained at all times. The project is scheduled to be completed and the street reopened on Monday, May 5.
