Considered one of the nation's five best university mail operations, Facility Operations – Mail Services serves MU and University of Missouri System departments. The department is comprised of two units:
Campus Mail Services provides daily mail pick-up and delivery; it annually handles more than 20 million pieces of mail for MU and UM System departments.
Bulk Mail Services handles bulk mail for the MU campus; student billing and loans for Missouri University of Science and Technology (Rolla), University of Missouri – St. Louis and University of Missouri – Kansas City; and fills any automated mail service request for MU's satellite campuses .
