University Hospital Patient Care Tower and Ellis Fischel Cancer Center

The University Hospital Patient Care Tower and Ellis Fischel Cancer Center will provide inpatient operating rooms; private, adult, acute-care beds; adult intensive-care beds; interventional radiology capacity; expanded imaging facilities; support space; shell space for future expansion; and replacement facilities for Ellis Fischel Cancer Center, which will move from its location near Interstate 70. The proposed $157 million, 114,000 gross-square-foot facility would be built north of, and connectng to, University Hospital.
