Life Science Incubator

The MU Life Science Incubator at Monsanto Place, a $9.7 million, 33,000 gross-square-foot, single-story building to be completed in multiple phases, is under construction east of the MU Research Reactor. Phase I will see the construction of a facility that will be leased to individuals or companies for development of products discovered through research generated by MU faculty and staff. Additional facilities will be developed as needed. Construction of Phase I began May 2007 and is expected to be complete July 2008.
