This $58.6 million project, located on the site of the former Baker-Park/Gardner-Hyde complex, adds 270 beds and administrative space to the campus. Part of Cycle Two of Residential Life's Master Plan, the project includes the renovation of Defoe and Graham residence halls, and a connecting structure between the two. Construction began May 2007 and is expected to be complete May 2009.
