We'd Like to Introduce: Historical Preservation Committee

The Historical Preservation Committee works to maintain the historic integrity of buildings on the MU campus that are more than 50 years old. The committee gives recommendations on proposals to repair or renovate campus buildings.

Members of the committee are:

  • Larry Edwards, committee chair and director of Facilities Management
  • Ruth Brent, department chair and professor, Environmental Design
  • Tom Flood, superintendent, Landscape Services
  • Michael Holland, director, University Archives
  • Dan Naegle, assistant professor, Environmental Design
  • Osmund Overby, professor emeritus, Art History and Archaeology
  • Bobb Swanson, facilities project manager, Project Management
  • Bob Unrath, assistant director, Planning, Design and Construction
  • Greg Watts, superintendent, Maintenance
