What’s
in a name? Pickard Hall is named for John Pickard, first chairman
of the Department of Classical Archaeology and History of Art.
A little bit of
history: Placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973
A look forward: Campus Facilities began a $1.45 Million renovation project in
March 2000. It is scheduled to be completed in December
2000. Renovation includes tuck-pointing; painting; masonry work;
a new roof; windows; and entrance-way steps on the Francis Quadrangle
side.
